Welcome! My name is Lauren Gibli and I am the President of Wharton Women. It is my pleasure to have worked on the 2012 Wharton Women Business Conference as the Wharton Women Business Conference Chair.
The Business Conference is Wharton Women’s cornerstone spring event. This annual conference’s objective is to facilitate participant learning by listening to the insights, advice, and experiences of successful female business leaders. The topics of discussion range from female leadership, strategies for success, female innovation, work-life balance, and more! Each year our conference attracts approximately 200 female students from the University of Pennsylvania and universities on the east coast.
